Verify physical dimensions, cosmetic surface finish, paint thickness, assembly integrity, labeling, and functional parameters against engineering drawings and customer PDI specifications. Review production documentation, test certificates, material test reports /(MTR/), heat treatment records, and preliminary QC check sheets for completeness prior to dispatch release.
Inspect final export/domestic packaging, crating, rust/-preventive coating, anti/-moisture protection, shipping marks, and container loading arrangements to prevent transit damage. Issue formal Pre/-Dispatch Inspection Certificates /(PDIC/), PDI reports, and green/-sticker dispatch approvals for compliant lots.





Segregate and quarantine non/-conforming finished goods, raising internal Non/-Conformance Reports /(NCR/) and coordinating with production and quality teams for immediate rework or disposition. Participate in Joint PDI sessions alongside third/-party inspection agencies /(TPIA/) and customer quality representatives during official factory acceptance tests Required Skills/: Strong technical background in final product inspection, pre/-dispatch quality audits, and factory acceptance testing in a manufacturing workplace.

High proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, bills of materials /(BOM/), geometric dimensioning and tolerancing /(GD&T;/), and customer specification sheets. Hands/-on experience operating precision measuring tools, coating thickness gauges, torque wrenches, and functional test benches.

Deep understanding of packaging standards, rust preservation methods, container stuffing guidelines, and logistics safety protocols.
