- a. To get the production program at the beginning of shift & inform the same to all the team members in the shift.
- b. Ensure all the shift operators are getting correct numbers of workers timely.
- c. Ensure shift production target & productivity is achieved at the end of the shift (as per the standard production rate).
- d. Ensure the requirement & utilization of plant & manpower are meeting.
- e. Ensure the production targets are achieved.
- f. Monitoring of Finish product quality and sampling as per sampling plan & daily recording in proper register.
- g. Improvement of weak working station & working station where work load is high.
- 2. Other Activities
- a. Monitor FIFO system for raw material & finish goods.
- b. Maintain the record of verified prepared batches.
- c. Verification of F.G.

- f. Monitor & maintain records of magnet cleaning.
- g. Resolve all production related problems including maintenance.

- j. Report to unit in-charge on timely basis for deviation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
