Roles and Responsibilities :

Handle inbound calls from prospective students to generate leads for admission counseling.

Provide expert advice on MBA admissions offered by the institution, including eligibility criteria and application procedures.

Conduct telecalling sessions with potential students to understand their academic goals and requirements.

Identify student needs and provide personalized guidance throughout the admissions process.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software Meeting Application and Admission Targets

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience in Admission Counselling or Student Counseling (preferably).Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., BCom , BBA B.Tech ) or equivalent qualification.

Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.Proficiency in English language; other languages is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
