Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the company's complete accounting and finance operations, manage the accounts team, and ensure timely financial reporting and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Handle sales, purchase, billing, and vendor payments.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team.
- Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely tax payments.
- Generate and manage E-Way Bills and E-Invoices.
- Handle bank reconciliation, cash flow, and financial reporting.
- Monitor accounts receivable, payable, and outstanding payments.
- Manage import and export documentation and related accounting.
- Coordinate with management, auditors, vendors, and customers.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely closing of accounts.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS,



E-Way Bills, and E-Invoicing.
- Experience in managing a complete accounts department.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Experience in import and export accounting is preferred.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and responsibility.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
