Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality execution and effective coordination among internal teams, clients, contractors and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans and execution strategies.
- Lead and coordinate site engineers, architects, contractors and project teams.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and quality standards.
- Identify project risks, delays and operational challenges and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress and requirements.
- Manage contractor performance, vendor coordination and resource allocation.
- Review project reports, BOQs, measurements and cost estimates.
- Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations and company policies.




- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide management updates.
- Handle project escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction/project management.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting and execution.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of construction drawings, BOQs and project costing.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, MS Excel and project management tools is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

A strategic and result-oriented professional with proven experience in managing multiple projects, leading teams and delivering projects within defined timelines and budgets.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
