Job Summary

Multi-skilled MEP Technicians with hands-on experience in electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing and general building maintenance. Candidates should be capable of independently handling routine maintenance, troubleshooting and breakdown complaints across hospital engineering and utility systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Electrical: Troubleshoot and attend to electrical panels, DBs, MCBs, MCCBs, wiring, lighting, power supply issues and basic DG/UPS-related operations.
- HVAC: Monitor and maintain AC systems, AHUs, ventilation and exhaust systems; attend to basic cooling and drainage-related complaints.
- Plumbing: Attend to water leakage, pipeline issues, drainage blockages, sanitary fittings, pumps and water supply systems.
- Utilities & General Maintenance: Monitor motors, pumps and other building utility systems; attend to routine repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Independently handle shift maintenance complaints, breakdowns and emergency requirements, prioritising issues based on operational and patient-care needs.
- Conduct routine inspection rounds, identify potential faults and ensure timely reporting and escalation.
- Maintain maintenance records,



update complaint/ticketing systems and provide proper shift handovers.
- Coordinate with external service providers for specialised repairs beyond in-house capabilities.

Qualification & Experience

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Mechanical, Plumbing or related technical trades.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in MEP / Facility Maintenance.
- Candidates with a specialisation in Electrical, HVAC or Plumbing must have practical working exposure to other MEP maintenance activities.
- Hospital, commercial building or large facility maintenance experience preferred.
- Supervisor Competency Certificate will be an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Essential Skills

- Hands-on troubleshooting and multi-skilled maintenance capabilities.
- Ability to independently manage shift-level maintenance requirements.
- Positive understanding of safety procedures and emergency response.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
