Position: Pastoral Care Coordinator

We are looking for qualified and compassionate Pastoral Care Coordinators with experience in student well-being, safeguarding, counselling support, and student guidance. Candidates should be committed to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that promotes students' emotional, social, and personal development.

Interview Drive:

The selection process will involve face-to-face interviews, scheduled to take place in Guwahati, Assam, on 12th December 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.




- Experience in student well-being, safeguarding, counselling support, and student guidance.
- Ability to identify student needs and provide appropriate guidance and support.
- Knowledge of child protection, student safety, and safeguarding practices.
- Experience working in Cambridge or ICSE schools will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a relevant discipline.
- Relevant experience in student counselling, pastoral care, or student support services is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Location: Tamil Nadu

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
