As discussed, please find below the job description for the MEP BIM Modeller position at JSE Engineering Pvt. Ltd.

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled MEP BIM Modellers with hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit MEP for building services projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D BIM models, preparing coordinated drawings, and ensuring effective integration of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain 3D MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Create and modify models for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems based on project requirements.
- Prepare MEP layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed shop drawings.
- Model HVAC ductwork, chilled water piping, cable trays, electrical conduits, plumbing networks, and firefighting systems as applicable.
- Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural models.
- Perform clash detection and assist in resolving coordination issues using Navisworks.
- Incorporate design revisions and update BIM models accordingly.
- Maintain model accuracy and comply with project BIM standards and LOD requirements.
- Coordinate with Design Engineers, BIM Coordinators,



and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings and models in accordance with project schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Knowledge of at least one MEP discipline: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Fire Fighting.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with Navisworks and clash detection.
- Understanding of MEP coordination, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
- Knowledge of LOD 300/350/400 and BIM standards is an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in MEP consulting firms, BIM service providers, engineering design companies, or building services consultancies.
- Exposure to commercial buildings, residential projects, hospitals, hotels, and other large-scale building projects.
- Candidates with multidisciplinary MEP modelling experience will be preferred.
