Job Description – Cashier & Store Operations Executive

We are looking for a responsible, active and customer-friendly person to join our team at Lala Paal Nilayam.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cash Handling: Handle daily cash transactions, customer payments and billing accurately.
- Account Closing: Maintain daily sales records, cash accounts and complete end-of-day account closing.
- Stock Checking: Check daily stock availability, maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Customer Handling: Welcome customers, explain sweet varieties and offers, and provide excellent customer service.
- Store Management: Maintain cleanliness, organize products and ensure smooth daily shop operations.
- Sales Support: Help customers with product selection, packing and order management.

Working Hours:

- Timing: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Working days: 7 days per week
- Expected hours: 70 hours per week

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of cash handling and billing.
- Basic accounting and calculation skills.
- Ability to maintain daily sales and stock records.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Responsible,



punctual and trustworthy.
- Previous experience in retail, cashier or shop operations is preferred.
