Ensure cost reduction, value engineering, and productivity improvement initiatives. Proven ability to locate & nurture new vendors and ability to lead a team of 6 to 10 members is necessary. Support current product development and localization initiatives through supplier identification and development. Oversee inventory optimization and control to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory. Handle procurement budgeting, spend analysis, and cost forecasting. Travel up to 7 days per month for supplier development, audits, and commercial discussions. 6 days working.
