Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Recruiter role based in Chennai. The Information Technology Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers and onboarding. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and maintain strong candidate pipelines for IT and technology roles. The recruiter will utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases to attract qualified talent,



while ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence to company policies and equal opportunity practices. Ongoing responsibilities include maintaining recruitment metrics, updating candidate records, and contributing to employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives. Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including managing the entire hiring process from requisition to onboarding.
• Strong IT Recruitment experience, with the ability to understand technology roles and match candidates to technical requirements.
• Proficiency in Technical Recruiting, including assessing technical capabilities and collaborating with technical teams during selection.
• Solid background in Recruiting and Hiring, with experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and modern sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting hiring timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience recruiting for IT services, software development, or digital transformation roles is highly beneficial. Experience
