What You'll Do
Ad Creative & Performance Design
• Design high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and display campaigns.
• Create multiple variants for A/B testing with different hooks, CTAs, formats, and layouts.
• Iterate on designs based on performance feedback from the performance team.
• Build reusable templates and design systems that improve production speed without compromising quality.
• Develop performance-focused creatives that balance strong visual appeal with measurable results. Social Media & Content Design
• Design across all formats including carousels, reel covers, stories, posts, thumbnails, banners, and other digital and printable assets.
• Maintain visual consistency across content calendars for multiple brands.
• Adapt creative for platform-specific best practices, including aspect ratios, safe zones, and text limitations.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and video teams to ensure design supports the overall creative direction and campaign goals. Branding & Packaging Design
• Lead and support branding projects, including logo design, brand identity systems, colour palettes, typography, visual guidelines, and brand assets.
• Design packaging for products across print and digital mockups while ensuring consistency with the overall brand identity.
• Create client-facing collateral such as pitch decks, one-pagers, proposals, presentations, and campaign reports.
• Ensure every design output aligns with established brand guidelines and quality standards.




• Support new business pitches with high-quality visual concepts and presentation materials. Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead and mentor junior designers by providing constructive feedback, design direction, and creative guidance.
• Review creative work before delivery to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Follow and improve design workflows, naming conventions, file organisation, and production standards.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, internal reviews, client presentations, and pitch discussions.
• Proactively identify design challenges and recommend creative solutions throughout the project lifecycle. What You Are NOT Expected to Do
• Write copy or marketing content for designs (you'll collaborate with a dedicated copy team).
• Handle end-to-end video production or advanced motion graphics (basic motion skills are a bonus).
• Manage client relationships independently or attend client meetings without support. Tools You'll Use
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (required, daily use)
• Figma for collaborative design and presentations




• Adobe After Effects for basic motion graphics and animation (nice to have)
• Canva for quick template-based production when required What We're Looking For Required
• 3–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency, branding, or performance marketing environment.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in ad creatives, social media design, branding, packaging design, and marketing collateral.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, hierarchy, colour theory, layout, and composition.
• Experience leading or mentoring designers while maintaining high creative standards.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
• A sharp eye for designs that not only look great but also perform effectively across digital platforms.
• Highly organised, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under tight deadlines. Preferred
• Experience designing performance marketing creatives for Meta Ads, Google Display, and other paid media platforms.
• Basic motion design or animation skills using After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Experience delivering complete branding projects from concept to execution.
• Packaging design experience across FMCG, retail, D2C, or consumer brands.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times while maintaining attention to detail.
