Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telecaller role based in Chennai. The Telecaller will engage with students, job seekers, and institutional partners via phone to explain training programs, placement support, and enrollment procedures. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, providing accurate information, and maintaining call records in the internal systems. The role involves following up on leads, assisting with registration processes, and supporting marketing campaigns through telephonic outreach.



Telecallers will work closely with the sales and training teams to meet outreach targets and ensure a positive experience for all callers. Qualifications
• Strong communication skills, including clear telephone etiquette and the ability to explain services in a simple and engaging manner.
• Ability to handle high call volumes, manage time effectively, and follow structured calling plans and scripts.
• Basic computer literacy, including experience with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and maintaining accurate call logs.
• Customer service mindset, with patience, active listening skills, and a focus on providing helpful and respectful support to all callers.
• Comfort working in a target-driven environment, with the ability to meet daily and weekly calling and conversion goals.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, admissions counseling, or sales support is an advantage.
• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th standard) or graduate degree in any discipline; proficiency in English and local languages preferred.
