Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Export Marketing Manager role located in Chennai. The Export Marketing Manager will oversee international marketing activities, identify and develop new overseas markets, and manage relationships with global clients and distributors. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing export opportunities, coordinating pricing and product positioning, and planning promotional campaigns for international markets. The role also involves managing export documentation in coordination with internal teams, monitoring sales performance, and collaborating with production and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.



The Export Marketing Manager will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute export growth strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Market Research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in international textile markets.
• Candidates should possess International Business and Export skills to manage cross-border operations, documentation, compliance, and trade regulations.
• Candidates should possess International Sales skills to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets in overseas markets.
• Candidates should possess International Marketing skills to develop and implement global marketing plans, branding initiatives, and promotional strategies.
• Relevant experience in textile or apparel exports, preferably in sustainable products, is highly beneficial.
• Solid communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is an added benefit.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
