Role Description: The Field Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of events and experiential marketing activities. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, supervising on-ground setup, managing event timelines, and ensuring adherence to client requirements and brand guidelines. The Field Executive will handle logistical arrangements, oversee material movement, and monitor quality and safety standards at event locations. The role also includes gathering in office feedback, preparing basic reports, and supporting client servicing teams with real-time updates and issue resolution during events.

• Experience in event operations or field execution, including vendor coordination,



on-site supervision, and logistics management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight timelines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for documentation, reporting, and schedule tracking.
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and travel locally as required for events.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to take ownership on-ground.
• Prior experience in events, experiential marketing, or MICE will be an advantage.
