We handle everything from strategy and scripting to shooting, editing, publishing, and tracking performance. We create English and Tanglish content for clients across real estate, healthcare, coaching, fashion, and travel, with a distinct voice and visual style for each brand.

About the role
We’re looking for a skilled video editor with strong storytelling instincts and a cinematic eye. You should be able to watch raw footage, spot the line or moment that pulls people in, and build a clear story around it. We want an editor who knows when to cut, when to let a moment breathe, and how to use visuals and sound to make the ending land. Most of your work will be Instagram Reels, with some edits adapted for YouTube Shorts. One day, you might shape a founder’s story from interview footage. The next, you might cut a farmhouse walkthrough that makes viewers feel what it’s like to spend a morning there. We’ll give you the brief, script, and references. We’ll also count on you to bring ideas for how the edit can make the story stronger. What you’ll do
• Shape the story. Find the strongest opening, pick the best takes, and suggest changes to the order when they make the story clearer or more engaging.
• Build a cinematic feel. Use shot selection, B-roll, colour, music, and sound design to create the right mood. Pay attention to how each shot leads into the next.
• Make every second count. Cut repetition, vary the pace,



and give important lines or reactions room to land.
• Adapt to each client. A parenting reel might need warmth and quiet. A destination wedding reel might come alive through movement, ambient sound, and small details.
• Handle the finishing details. Clean up dialogue, balance audio, match colour across shots, and add accurate, readable English and Tanglish subtitles.
• Own the edit through delivery. Share drafts on time, apply feedback, keep project files organised, and deliver clean 9:16 exports ready to publish. What we’re looking for
• A solid portfolio that shows you can tell a story through editing. We’ll look at how you open a reel, build it beat by beat, and make the ending feel earned.
• Strong hands-on skills in pacing, shot selection, dialogue editing, sound design, and colour correction. You should be comfortable taking an edit from raw footage to final export.
• Confidence with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or another editing tool you know well. Motion graphics skills are a plus.
• Good spoken Tamil and English comprehension. You’ll work with footage that switches between both languages, often in the same sentence.
• The ability to manage multiple client edits, communicate early when a deadline is at risk, and take feedback well.
