Role Description This full time, on-site German Trainer role is based in Chennai and involves delivering high-quality German language instruction to learners at various proficiency levels. The trainer will plan and conduct interactive lessons, develop and adapt curriculum materials, and design assessments that support progressive skill acquisition. Daily responsibilities include teaching grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and language arts in German, as well as integrating cultural aspects to improve learners’ communication confidence. The role also includes tracking learner progress,



providing constructive feedback, coordinating with other trainers or academic staff, and contributing to continuous improvement of training methods and materials. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Middle School classroom management skills, with experience working with adolescent or young adult learners.
• Candidates should possess Curriculum Development and Language Arts skills to design structured, engaging German language learning materials.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills in German and English, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and encourage active participation.
• Formal education in German language (degree, diploma, or certification) and relevant teaching certifications are highly beneficial.
• Experience in language training institutes or schools, familiarity with standardized language proficiency levels (e.g., CEFR A1–B2), and strong interpersonal skills are preferred.
• Ability to use basic educational technology tools, maintain detailed learner progress records, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance training quality.
