₹1,00,000 – ₹1,30,000 per month Employment Type: Full-time Job SummaryWe are hiring an experienced Technical cum Business Development Manager for the Fiber Cement Board Division. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building materials sales, business development, channel management and technical product support.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop new business opportunities with architects, builders, contractors, dealers and distributors.
• Drive channel sales, project sales and institutional business development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants and key clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide technical guidance on product applications, specifications and installation methods.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, product presentations and demonstrations.
• Identify new markets and expand dealer and distributor networks.
• Handle commercial negotiations, pricing and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer satisfaction.




• Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Candidate Requirements
• 5–10 years of experience in the building materials industry.
• Experience in Fiber Cement Boards, Gypsum Boards, Plywood, MDF, AAC Blocks or similar products.
• Strong knowledge of channel sales, project sales and business development.
• Experience handling architects, builders, contractors and distributors.
• Valuable understanding of building material applications and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• BE/B.
Tech in Civil, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred. MBA is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits. Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹12 LPA – ₹15.6 LPA Performance incentives and travel allowances as per company policy.
