Minimum 1 Year – Relevant Experience Only in Order Management / Order-to-Cash (O2C) ? CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Handle order processing, modifications, holds, and renewals. Manage customer queries and resolve order-related issues. Ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and billing. Coordinate with internal teams to maintain process quality. Work with ERP/CRM tools such as SAP or Oracle. Meet process SLAs and maintain customer satisfaction. Required Skills Relevant experience in Order Management / O2C processes. Knowledge of SAP / Oracle or other ERP tools. Positive verbal and written communication skills. Basic MS Office knowledge.
