Chennai About the Team The Debt Management team at Navi works closely with customers to help them manage their outstanding dues through effective communication and suitable repayment solutions. The team focuses on delivering a customer-centric experience while ensuring adherence to applicable legal and company guidelines, thereby contributing to the overall health of the loan portfolio.
About the Role
As a Debt Management Executive II, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to facilitate timely EMI repayments. You will communicate payment obligations, follow up on overdue accounts, address payment-related queries and assist customers in identifying feasible repayment solutions. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling abilities and a target-oriented approach while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact customers to remind them of upcoming EMI due dates and encourage timely repayments.
- Follow up with customers who have missed their EMI payments and drive resolution through regular communication.
- Clearly communicate the implications of delayed or missed payments, including applicable charges and potential impact on credit history.
- Understand customer concerns and assist in resolving payment-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments and follow-ups.
- Consistently achieve defined productivity and collection targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Must-Haves
- Fluency in Tamil, along with a strong command of English.
- Minimum educational qualification of 10th pass. Freshers and graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in using the internet and search engines.
- Strong observation and listening skills.
- Professional demeanour and a presentable personality.
