- Experience in US Mortgage Origination / Live Underwriting
- Hands-on experience in Income Calculation
- Knowledge of DTI (Debt-to-Income) calculation
- Understanding of LTV (Loan-to-Value) calculation
- Knowledge of PITI (Principal, Interest, Taxes & Insurance)
- Experience reviewing Pay Stubs and income documentation
- Experience reviewing and analyzing Credit Reports
- Understanding of borrower eligibility and loan documentation
- Good knowledge of the US Mortgage loan lifecycle
- Solid analytical and communication skills
