Job Description
We are hiring experienced AR Callers for US Healthcare processes in the following domains: Physician Billing Hospital Billing BME (Billing and Medical Equipment, as applicable to the process) Credit Balance RCM and Denials Management

Responsibilities:
Handle insurance follow-ups and claim status inquiries. Work on denials management and claim resolution. Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims. Identify denial reasons and support claim resolution. Maintain accurate account records and meet productivity targets. Eligibility Criteria: 0.8 months to 2 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
