We are looking for an experienced AI-Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of AI/ML, GenAI, customer personalization, and data-driven initiatives within the AI Center of Excellence.

Experience: 12+ Years

Key Skills & Expertise:

- Project management and delivery of AI/ML, GenAI, and data science initiatives
- Customer personalization, segmentation, and campaign optimization
- Understanding of ML lifecycle, feature engineering, model validation, MLOps, and deployment
- Next Best Action (NBA), recommendation and propensity models
- A/B testing, test-and-control frameworks, and campaign performance measurement
- AI governance, Responsible AI, model risk, data privacy, and regulatory compliance
- Stakeholder management across Business, Marketing, Data Science, Technology, Risk, and Compliance
- Agile, Scrum,



Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery
- Project planning, RAID management, executive reporting, and vendor coordination

Preferred Tools & Platforms:

- Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, ServiceNow
- Azure AI, Azure Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, MLflow
- Microsoft Copilot, Python, SQL
- Campaign Management / Marketing Automation platforms

Good to Have:

- Banking / Financial Services / FinTech experience
- PMP, PRINCE2, Protected, or Agile certifications
- AI / GenAI or PMI-CPMAI certification
- Exposure to Agentic AI and automation initiatives
