Job Overview

We are looking for fresh graduates with a background in Commerce or Finance who are interested in building their careers in accounting and finance operations.

The role involves working on real-time accounting transactions, bookkeeping, reconciliations, GST, TDS and financial reporting while also supporting the improvement of an AI-powered finance platform.

This is an opportunity to gain practical accounting experience while understanding how technology is transforming finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and validate accounting entries and classifications generated by the finance platform.
- Identify errors and discrepancies and support improvements in accounting processes.
- Map client financial data to chart of accounts, cost centres and item masters.
- Handle bookkeeping, bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations.
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
- Assist in preparing GST,



TDS and income tax workings.
- Support the preparation of MIS reports and financial statements.
- Work with senior finance professionals on client assignments.
- Document accounting scenarios and support improvements in the finance platform.

Eligibility Criteria

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Com / B.Com (Hons) graduates.
- CMA Inter candidates (pursuing or cleared).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, GST and TDS.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Familiarity with Tally or Zoho Books will be an added advantage.
- Solid analytical skills, attention to detail and a logical approach.
- Good communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Interest in finance, accounting and technology.
