Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with 14 years of experience in recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and ensuring timely candidate onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
2. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
5. Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the interview process.
6. Ensure timely follow-ups with selected candidates for offer acceptance and joining confirmation.
7. Handle pre-onboarding activities,



including document collection and joining formalities.
8. Conduct post-offer follow-ups to ensure candidates join as per the committed date.
9. Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
10. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Languages Mandatory: English and either Hindi or Telugu.
- Robust sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in using job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.

Preferred Candidate

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
- Candidates with strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work from the Chennai location(Neelankarai).
