Compensation & benefits specialist

Responsibilities

Compensation & Perks:
Conduct annual compensation review and manage merit increase processes
Participate in and analyze compensation surveys to benchmark against the market
Design and manage salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits plans
Ensure compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations
Collaborate with HRBP’s, TA and department leaders to address compensation issues
Talent Management:
Develop and execute talent management strategies to support organizational goals
Implement succession planning and career development programs
Utilize talent analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices
Strategic Workforce Planning:
Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet business needs
Monitor workforce trends and make recommendations for improvements
HR Analytics:




Collaborate with HR IT SPOC and other departments to ensure data quality and accessibility
Develop and implement analytics strategies to support business decision-making
Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
Indirect Labor Cost:
Monitor and manage indirect labor costs across the organization
Collaborate with finance and HR Ops to ensure accurate labor cost reporting
HR Expense Budgeting:
Develop and manage the HR department's annual budget, ensuring alignment with financial constraints
Work closely with HR leadership and other department heads to gather budget inputs, forecast needs, and create detailed budget plans
