Job Position: US IT Recruiter

Location: Mangadu, Chennai (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Fresher - 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Screen and evaluate candidates through resume review, phone interviews, and discussions.
- Partner with hiring managers/clients to understand requirements and deliver quality candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cyclefrom sourcing to onboarding.
- Negotiate offers, compensation, and contracts.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure accurate records in ATS.
- Stay updated on US work authorizations (H1B, GC, OPT, TN, etc.) and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
- Meet recruitment targets and deadlines.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Fresher / 3+ year of US IT recruitment experience.
- Strong knowledge of US hiring practices, IT job roles, and technical skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (aligning with US time zones).
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience with staffing agencies or direct clients.
- Knowledge of VMS hiring processes.
- Robust networking and relationship-building skills.
