Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented US Mortgage Specialist to join our Data Analytics team. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing mortgage data, handling report requests from Transaction Managers, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of reports. Strong knowledge of the US mortgage industry and advanced Excel skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze large mortgage datasets and prepare reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across multiple systems.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources while ensuring compliance with business requirements.
- Coordinate with Transaction Managers to understand reporting requirements and deliver reports within defined TAT and SLA.




- Support ad hoc reporting requests and identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency.

Required Expertise and Experience:

- Good understanding of US mortgage products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.
- Knowledge of US mortgage processes, terminology, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and Pivot Tables.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Ability to work with large datasets and identify data discrepancies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
