- Freshers to 5 years of Experience in Inbound calls with excellent communication.
- Candidate should be solid in communication.

- Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.
- Should be comfortable working for 5 days with 2 days rotational offs.
- Willing to work in night shifts.
