- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and patient inquiries.
- Identify and address root causes of denials through thorough investigation and communication with healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of AR issues and minimize write-offs.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in revenue cycle management or hospital administration.
- Solid knowledge of accounts receivable caller processes and denial management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, physicians, and insurance representatives.
