Job Summary:

This is a full time on-site role for a Sales person for a Leading Garment Brand Jockey located in the Mambakkam Chengalpattu Area. The Sales man/woman is responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. This role involves product knowledge, effective communication, and a customer-centric approach to achieve sales targets while maintaining store presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
- Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.

Store Operations & Merchandising:

- Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and properly labelled.




- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory needs to the Store Manager.
- Assist in receiving and organizing new shipments.

Sales Performance & Reporting:

- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Keep track of sales performance and suggest improvements.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Key Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle multiple customers effectively.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
