About the Role

Boston Institute of Analytics (BIA) is looking for motivated Academic Counsellors to guide prospective students in choosing career-oriented professional courses and support the admissions process.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students regarding AI, Data Science, Business Analytics and other available programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert eligible leads into admissions.
- Schedule counselling sessions and course demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up records in CRM.
- Achieve individual admission and collection targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.




- Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Sales-oriented mindset and willingness to achieve targets.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Previous experience in education counselling, admissions, telecalling or sales is an advantage.

CompensationFixed monthly salary plus performance-based incentives, as per approved company policy.

Work Location: BIA, Maraimalai Nagar, Chengalpattu.
