Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Job Overview : We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable academic programs and career paths. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, providing counselling, following up with potential leads, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, curriculum, fees, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds and career aspirations.
- Handle incoming enquiries and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.




- Conduct online and face-to-face counselling sessions.
- Assist students throughout the admission and enrolment process.
- Maintain student enquiry records and follow-up details.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrolment targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Experience in academic counselling, student admissions, or EdTech sales.
- Ability to handle leads and achieve conversion targets.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
