Description

Handle predominantly outbound customer interactions for motor insurance sales, vehicle insurance quotations and annual policy renewals, along with inbound customer enquiries, policy support and initial motor claim reporting

Ideal Candidate

- Has 1–2 years of experience in tele-sales, customer service or an insurance call center; BPO experience is highly preferred • Demonstrates solid negotiation and closing skills • Has excellent active listening and telephone etiquette • Communicates effectively in spoken and written English • Is familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office • Indian regional language proficiency is an advantage Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Higher Secondary certification with relevant experience is acceptable

Responsibilities





- Make outbound calls to pitch motor insurance covers, follow up on leads and drive annual renewals • Handle inbound calls, emails and chat messages about policy details, coverage options and general enquiries • Prepare vehicle insurance quotations, collect required documents and assist with policy issuance or cancellations • Assist customers with initial motor claim reporting • Maintain accurate customer profiles and CRM data while meeting KPIs • Maintain records and comply with company policies • Escalate critical issues to management promptly
