Senior Lead Engineer - AI Platform engineer

- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Platform Engineer to serve as a technical leader and architect responsible for designing, building, and evolving Guardian's enterprise AI Platform.

- This role will provide architecture leadership across the AI platform stack, spanning:

- Experience Plane - AI developer experience, SDKs, AI Studio, agent builder frameworks, developer portals and reusable platform assets

- Control Plane - AI governance, policy enforcement, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, AI registry, observability, and FinOps

- Execution Plane - Agent runtimes, LLM inference, orchestration frameworks, MCP services, AI gateways, RAG infrastructure and production operations

Required

- 7+ years of AI Platform Engineering experience.
- 3+ years designing cloud-native distributed platforms.
- 3+ years architecting AI/ML or GenAI platforms.
- Proven experience building enterprise-grade platform capabilities.





Preferred

- Experience building Control Plane architectures.
- Experience with enterprise-scale AI governance.
- Experience supporting production GenAI workloads.
- Experience building AI platforms within regulated industries.
