Summary:
As a Visual Designer, a typical day involves interpreting creative or design briefs to develop compelling and distinctive visual communication materials. This role requires crafting a cohesive visual language that effectively conveys narratives and evokes emotions aligned with a brand s identity and purpose. The work spans multiple platforms, including digital media, print, and user interfaces, ensuring that designs are adaptable and scalable across various mediums. The Visual Designer plays a key role in shaping modular design systems that support consistent and flexible visual expressions, contributing to the overall brand experience in meaningful ways.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the development and implementation of visual design strategies that align with brand goals and project requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication between creative, technical, and business teams to ensure design objectives are met.
- Mentor junior designers by providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Design.
- Strong expertise in color theory, typography, and layout principles to create visually appealing and effective designs.
- Experience with design software and tools commonly used in visual design workflows.
- Ability to develop and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency across various platforms and media.
- Skilled in creating user-centered designs that enhance user experience and engagement.
- Capability to interpret complex briefs and translate them into transparent, impactful visual solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Visual Design.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
