What You’ll Do
Own the full P&L; for the TMT sales division.
Set macro strategy and pricing amid raw material volatility.
Drive pan-regional distribution and dealer loyalty programs.
Secure high-tonnage institutional contracts (NHAI, PSUs, real estate majors).
We’re Looking For
15+ years of senior sales leadership experience in the steel, cement and paint industry (mandatory).
Any degree.
Currently based in Chennai.
Proven experience governing multi-region sales hierarchies.
Solid command of CRM and KPI systems and credit control (DSO).
Willingness to travel across regions for institutional engagements.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
