Key Responsibilities:
Analyze equipment failures and lead RCM and RCA activities. Support investigations and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Supervise contractors during maintenance and repair work.
Inspect equipment in the field to ensure reliable operation.
Monitor performance data, detect issues, and report abnormalities.
Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, secure workplace.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers, colleagues, and teams.
Assist technicians in resolving VITT-related issues.
Maintain Warm End equipment such as compressors, turbines, pumps, chillers, heat exchangers, cooling towers, and related systems
