Role Description This is a full time, on-site Architect role based in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs, preparing drawings and specifications, and coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants. Daily activities include site visits, reviewing project progress, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and integrating client requirements into design solutions. The role involves collaborating with project managers and execution teams to support smooth implementation of designs, resolving design-related issues during construction, and contributing to project documentation and quality control.




Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.
Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including coordination with stakeholders, scheduling, and monitoring project milestones.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural workflows, such as using design tools and integrating BIM or CAD data with project management systems.
Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
Solid communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in turnkey or design-build projects, and exposure to commercial, residential, or industrial projects will be beneficial.
