Plan and execute daily production activities for steel fabrication and welding operations Supervise fabrication of cooling tower structures, FRP components, and assemblies Ensure adherence to WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) and welding quality standards Monitor cutting, bending, fit-up, welding, and assembly processes Coordinate with design and planning teams for drawings, BOM, and production schedules Ensure on-time production as per project timelines and delivery commitments Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce rework Maintain quality control standards and coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections Manage shop floor workforce, including fabricators, welders, and operators Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices
