To drive acquisition, growth and management of Mid and Large Corporate relationships through liability mobilization, transaction banking solutions, digital banking adoption and cross-sell initiatives to enhance wallet share, profitability and business growth. Responsibilities
• Acquire, develop and manage a portfolio of Mid and Large Corporate clients, with a focus on Current Account acquisition, operating-account activation, and sustainable liability growth.
• Originate and deepen Transaction Banking relationships by offering Cash Management Services, Payments, Trade Finance, Foreign Exchange and digital banking solutions aligned with clients’ business requirements. Drive end-to-end implementation and adoption of transaction banking platforms, including digital banking, host-to-host connectivity, API banking, and other integrated solutions, to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
• Identify and convert cross-selling opportunities across treasury products, lending solutions, trade services, and value-added banking offerings to increase wallet share,



fee income and overall relationship profitability.
• Act as the primary relationship contact for corporate clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and seamless coordination with Product, Operations, Credit, Compliance, Technology, and Service teams.
• Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, compliance and regulatory requirements, while proactively monitoring portfolio risks, account conduct, early-warning indicators, and asset quality.
• Develop and execute strategic client account plans, leveraging industry insights, market intelligence, transaction flows, and emerging business opportunities to support zonal corporate banking objectives.
• Build and maintain solid internal & external stakeholder relationships to enhance customer satisfaction, improve retention and establish long-term, mutually beneficial business partnerships. Qualifications
