Apply directly through GloPros. Strengthen SAP security, access management and operational reliability Are you an experienced SAP Authorisation Consultant with robust hands-on expertise in SAP GRC? Do you enjoy solving complex access issues, improving role design and ensuring users have the right access at the right time? We are looking for a Senior SAP GRC & Authorisation Consultant to support and continuously improve a business-critical SAP landscape in an international environment. In this hands-on operational role, you will combine SAP authorisation expertise with access governance, licence management and continuous improvement. What will you do?
• Resolve complex SAP authorisation incidents and access issues, using tools such as STUSERTRACE, SU53 and PFCG.
• Maintain, test and improve SAP roles, profiles and authorisation objects.
• Manage user access throughout the joiner, mover and leaver lifecycle.
• Support SAP GRC Access Control, including access requests, risk analysis and emergency access management.
• Analyse Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts and support mitigating controls and periodic access reviews.
• Review SAP licence assignments to improve accuracy and ensure appropriate user classifications.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, Security, Compliance and external service providers.
• Support audits, maintain clear documentation and improve operational processes to reduce recurring incidents. What do you bring?




• Significant hands-on experience in SAP Authorisations, SAP Security or SAP GRC, preferably in a live operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP authorisation concepts, role design and user administration.
• Practical experience with STUSERTRACE, PFCG, SU01 and SU53.
• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control, SoD analysis, emergency access and access governance.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with incident, request and change management processes.
• Understanding of SAP licence assignments and user classifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English. Nice to have:
• Experience with SAP Fiori authorisations.
• Experience in an international manufacturing, FMCG or CPG environment.
• Familiarity with identity governance solutions and access-management integrations.
• Experience improving operational processes, service levels and reporting. What will success look like?
