• Qualification: MBA / PG Diploma in HR / Human Resource Management or related discipline.

Experience:
3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the healthcare or hospital industry.
• Valuable communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Language Requirements
• Must be fluent in spoken English and Tamil.
