Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Executive to handle customer technical queries, coordinate with project and site teams, and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns related to construction, quality, and handover activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle customer queries and concerns related to construction progress, technical specifications, and project deliverables.
2. Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and QA/QC teams to resolve technical issues raised by customers.
3. Conduct site visits and inspections whenever required to understand and address customer concerns.
4. Explain technical aspects of the project, including construction details, materials, specifications, and quality standards.
5. Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely closure of customer complaints and service requests.
6. Maintain proper records of customer complaints, technical clarifications, site observations, and resolution status.

Support customers during pre-handover inspections and coordinate snag rectification activities.
8. Ensure effective communication between customers and internal project teams.
9. Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their technical concerns.
10. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and professional communication.

Required Skills

- Positive technical knowledge of building construction and real estate projects.
- Strong customer-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and resolve customer issues.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation.
- Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, customer handling, CRM, or construction-related activities.
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry will be preferred.
