We are hiring experienced insurance professionals for the following leadership positions:

1. Head - Commercial Line

Experience: 15+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business development in Commercial Line Insurance, EB, Property, Marine, Fire, Liability, Lines.
- Handle technical marketing, corporate presentations and risk advisory.
- Advise corporate clients on insurance coverage, policy gaps and risk exposures.
- Manage RFQs, policy reviews, quotation comparisons and insurer negotiations.
- Provide technical support for claims and develop strong corporate relationships.

Required Experience:

- 15+ years of experience in General Insurance or Insurance Broking.
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Insurance and Liability Lines.
- Expertise in policy wordings, claims, risk assessment and technical marketing.
- Experience in corporate client acquisition and business development.

1. Location Head Sales and Operations

Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive regional sales, business development and revenue growth across regions.
- Manage branch P&L;,



profitability and business targets.
- Acquire new corporate clients and strengthen existing relationships.
- Drive sales of General Insurance products, including GMC, GPA, GTL, Property, Liability and Engineering Insurance.
- Lead and manage branch Sales and Operations teams.
- Ensure business performance and compliance with IRDAI regulations.

Required Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in General Insurance / Insurance Broking.
- Strong expertise in corporate sales and business development.
- Good knowledge of Employee Perks and General Insurance products.
- Experience in branch management, P&L; ownership and team leadership.

Candidate Profile Candidates from General Insurance companies or Insurance Broking firms with strong corporate business development experience are preferred.
