We are looking for a proactive Placement Officer Intern to connect students with job opportunities and coordinate placement activities with companies and recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with companies and identify job opportunities.
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and recruitment activities.
- Build relationships with HR teams and recruiters.
- Guide students on resumes, interviews, and career preparation.
- Maintain placement records and recruitment reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, networking, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Recruitment or placement experience is an advantage.
