We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing, particularly in W2 recruitment and State Government client requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for US IT positions, with a good understanding of State Government projects and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for various technical and non-technical positions.

Must have strong hands-on experience recruiting W2 candidates.

Experience working on State Government client requirements is highly preferred.

Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other job portals.

Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills and experience.

Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, availability, location, and work authorization.

Understand US work authorization types, including USC, GC, GC-EAD, H1B, and H4-EAD.

Coordinate with candidates regarding rates,



interview schedules, and submissions.

Maintain candidate trackers and provide regular recruitment updates.

Ensure quality submissions within client deadlines.

Required Skills

1–2 years of US IT Recruitment experience.

Strong hands-on W2 recruitment experience is mandatory.

Knowledge of State Government client requirements and projects.

Positive understanding of US staffing, visa categories, and employment types.

Experience with Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.

Excellent candidate communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet daily submission targets.

Preferred Experience

Experience working on US State Government requirements.

Experience with CEIPAL, Linkedin, or similar ATS tools.

Note: Candidates with strong W2 recruitment experience and knowledge of US State Government requirements will be given preference.
