Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of AI-powered recruitment solutions using Agentic AI's generative AI platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative hiring strategies that leverage AI technology.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, candidates, and internal partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Analyze data insights from AI-driven recruitment campaigns to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve overall performance.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid understanding of Agentic AI's generative AI platform for talent acquisition purposes.
