Voice Process Executive International Client Support Job Description/: Responsibilities/: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, technical assistance, or account requests. Diagnose customer issues systematically, offer accurate resolutions based on standard operating procedures /(SOPs/), and escalate complex cases to specialized support teams.
Maintain explicit, concise, and structured call documentation, updating customer records, interaction history, and ticket statuses within the CRM system. Build customer trust and rapport by maintaining a warm, empathetic tone, active listening, and strong phone etiquette.
Adhere strictly to call flow scripts, quality control guidelines, data privacy standards, and security protocols. Achieve and exceed operational targets including Average Handling Time /(AHT/), First Call Resolution /(FCR/),



Customer Satisfaction /(CSAT/) scores, and call quality benchmarks.
