Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled IT Administrator to manage our day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops and printers.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and operating system issues.
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi and internet connectivity.
- Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues.
- Handle email configuration and user account management.
- Maintain IT assets, software licenses and inventory records.
- Monitor antivirus updates, system security and data backups.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT maintenance and support.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).




- Knowledge of MS Office and email configuration.
- Basic understanding of system administration and IT infrastructure.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

B.Sc. Computer Science (Mandatory).

Experience

1–2 years of relevant experience in IT Administration, Desktop Support or IT Technical Support.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
